Our procedure

We offer gluten-free pizza bases and have procedures in place to minimise the risk of cross-contact. Gluten-free orders are prepared using dedicated trays, utensils, and handling procedures. Although every effort is made to ensure strict allergen controls are in place, gluten-containing ingredients are handled within the kitchen and pizzas are cooked in the same oven. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from gluten. We are pleased to accommodate gluten intolerance or dietary preferences, but we cannot safely cater to coeliacs or severe allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination.
